About the Role

We are looking for an independent, experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Automation, AI Marketing and Digital Advertising.

The candidate should be capable of independently planning, executing, monitoring and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Manage Facebook Performance Marketing campaigns.
• Plan and optimize Meta Ads for lead generation and conversions.
• Create and manage Video Ads, Calling Ads and Lead Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets, CPL, conversion rate and ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results.
• Generate qualified leads for sales teams.

Google & YouTube Marketing

• Manage Google Ads / Google Ads Manager campaigns.
• Handle Search, Display, YouTube and other relevant Google campaigns.
• Manage Google My Business / Google Business Profile.
• Track leads, conversions and campaign performance.

Social Media Marketing

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube marketing.
• Plan and execute social media posting calendars.
• Manage LinkedIn Ads and lead-generation campaigns.
• Coordinate content, creatives, reels, videos and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies.

Email, WhatsApp & SMS Marketing

• Manage Email Marketing campaigns.
• Manage WhatsApp API Marketing and WhatsApp automation.
• Experience with bulk WhatsApp marketing.
• Manage Bulk SMS campaigns.
• Manage Bulk Calling / Voice Campaigns.
• Create automated customer communication and follow-up workflows.

Marketing Automation & AI

• Set up automatic lead follow-up systems.
• Configure auto lead greetings and automated responses.
• Implement AI Marketing strategies.
• Set up AI-based marketing automation.
• Connect leads with CRM, WhatsApp, email and follow-up systems.
• Automate repetitive marketing and lead-nurturing activities.

Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor daily leads, CPL, conversions and ROI.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Work From Home Requirements

The selected candidate must have:

• Personal laptop/desktop
• Smartphone
• High-speed and reliable internet connection
• A separate, quiet room dedicated to work
• Professional setup for online meetings and calls
• Ability to remain available throughout working hours

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

The candidate must be available and responsive during working hours and attend meetings/calls whenever required.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can independently handle:

Campaign Planning → Ads Setup → Lead Generation → Lead Tracking → WhatsApp/Email Follow-up → Automation → Analytics → Optimization → Reporting

The candidate should be self-driven, target-oriented, analytical and capable of working independently from home.

Salary

25,000 – 30,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, practical knowledge, previous performance and interview results.
