About TheTuitionETheTuitionE is a technology-driven tutoring and education platform connecting students with quality teachers and personalised learning solutions.We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager who can take ownership of our digital marketing, student acquisition and brand growth — and build a strong marketing team as the business scales.
What you will do
- Develop and execute TheTuitionE's complete digital marketing and growth strategyDrive student and parent acquisition through Google, Meta, YouTube, Instagram and other relevant channels
- Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns
- Own lead generation, CPL, CAC, conversion and ROAS
- Develop marketing funnels, landing pages and conversion strategies
- Build TheTuitionE's presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Lead content strategy including Reels, short-form videos, campaigns and educational content
- Drive SEO, organic traffic and local search growth
- Use analytics and CRM data to identify opportunities and improve conversion
- Work closely with the sales/academic team to convert leads into paying students
- Experiment with AI tools to improve content creation, campaign execution and marketing productivity
- Identify and onboard agencies/freelancers where required
- Recruit, train and manage a high-performing marketing team
Who we are looking for
- 7–12 years of experience in digital, growth or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven B2C lead-generation and customer-acquisition experience
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Strong understanding of funnels, CRO, analytics and attribution
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of social media and content marketing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and manage a marketing team
- Experience in EdTech, education, tutoring, e-commerce, D2C, SaaS or consumer internet will be an advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset — willing to do the work, not just manage agencies

- We are NOT looking for someone who only manages agencies.We need a marketing leader who can personally run campaigns, analyse data, generate leads, improve conversions and build the marketing function from the ground up.Success in this role will be measured byGrowth in qualified student/parent leads
