We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to drive digital growth, consumer engagement, and online revenue across performance marketing, social media, e-commerce, D2C, quick commerce, SEO, and influencer marketing.

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms; optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversions.
• Drive growth across D2C, e-commerce, marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, and Flipkart.
• Manage social media, content, influencer, and creator marketing initiatives.
• Drive website/D2C growth, customer acquisition, retention, remarketing, and repeat purchases.
• Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic traffic and visibility.
• Track digital performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights based on ROI, revenue, traffic, and conversions.
• Manage digital/creative/media agencies and ensure timely campaign execution.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team and work closely with Brand, Sales, E-commerce, and Creative teams.

• 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, D2C, Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Brands preferred.
• Strong experience in managing digital campaigns and marketing budgets.
• Good understanding of digital consumer behavior and online purchase journeys.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
