Opintu is a doorstep car care startup operating in Jamshedpur and Ranchi. With 10,000+ app downloads, a customer base of 25,000+ and a 4.3 rating, were growing our business and looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our team.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder, learn how a startup operates and gain practical experience in digital marketing, customer engagement and business growth.

What you’ll do

• Create simple, attractive banners and promotional creatives for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Help plan and publish social media content to promote Opintu’s services.
• Make customer follow-up and promotional calls to share offers, collect feedback and generate interest in our services.
• Assist with customer engagement, lead follow-ups and basic marketing activities.
• Research content ideas, local trends and promotional opportunities.
• Use Canva and AI tools to create marketing content and improve productivity.
• Share weekly progress updates and discuss ideas directly with the founder.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design is helpful, but willingness to learn matters more.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone in a polite and professional manner.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently from home.
• Comfortable attending one planned in-person meeting every week in Ranchi.

Experience required: No prior professional experience required.

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand (primarily work from home).

Stipend: 5,000 per month + approved work-related travel allowance.

Laptop: Provided by the company.

Working days and hours: Tuesday to Sunday, approximately 5 hours per day.

Internship duration: 3 months initially, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
