Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and 360 Social Media Executive who can independently manage and grow social media platforms for the company and its clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media management, content strategy, design aesthetics, audience engagement, and current digital trends.

The candidate should be capable of not only executing a social media plan but also bringing fresh ideas, identifying opportunities, and developing creative strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Preferred Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, Digital Marketing, or Communications will be preferred.

Requirement:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in social media management.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
• Understanding of LinkedIn Business/Company Page management.
• Strong understanding of content planning and social media strategy.
• Good eye for design, aesthetics, branding, and visual communication.
• Good understanding of Reels, Stories, Carousels, short-form videos, and other current content formats.
• Basic understanding of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
