• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads - lead generation, traffic, conversions)
• Create engaging content ideas for social media posts, reels, stories, and creatives
• Handle social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and ensure daily activity
• Develop and manage content calendar for social media platforms
• Write attractive captions, ad copies, and hashtags
• Coordinate with counsellors and internal team for campaign and content planning
• Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns
• SEO work including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization
• Work on website updates, landing pages, and basic performance tracking
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and algorithms

• Meta Ads expertise (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Content creation and content strategy
• Social media management skills
• SEO expert
• Graphics and video editing
• Good understanding of digital marketing funnels
• Creative mindset with analytical thinking
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Meta Business Suite
• Canva
• Google Analytics / Google Search Console
• CapCut / InShot
• Basic SEO tools (Ubersuggest, SEMrush - optional)

• Graduate / Diploma in Digital Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and social media platforms
• Experience in education or service-based industry is a plus
