About The Role

WebEarl Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in social media management, SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. The candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, improving online visibility, generating qualified leads, and strengthening the company's digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create and coordinate engaging posts, captions, creatives, reels, videos, and other digital content.
• Conduct SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and basic technical SEO.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns based on campaign objectives and performance.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, market research, and audience analysis.
• Develop strategies for lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion improvement.
• Monitor website traffic, social media performance, campaign metrics, and lead-generation activities.
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Plan and execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the design, development, sales, and content teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, advertising platforms, SEO practices, and emerging tools.
• Identify new opportunities to improve brand visibility, engagement, traffic, and lead generation.
• Take ownership of assigned marketing campaigns and ensure timely execution and reporting.
  
  

Requirements

• 0.6–3 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and their respective content strategies.
• Strong communication and content-writing skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Good understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate, Reach, Engagement, and ROI.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing digital marketing trends.
• Preferred Skills-
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools.
• Experience in creating and managing Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and WhatsApp marketing tools.
• Previous experience in B2B, IT, SaaS, technology, travel, startup, or service-based businesses will be an advantage.
