Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage day-to-day online marketing activities, including planning and executing campaigns across social media, search, and other digital channels. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing content for web and social platforms, monitoring performance metrics, and using web analytics tools to refine strategies. The role involves coordinating with design and development teams to ensure consistent branding and user experience, as well as supporting SEO, performance marketing, and lead generation initiatives. The Digital Marketing Executive will engage with clients to understand their objectives, prepare reports, and provide insights that drive measurable growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and performance optimization.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and client-facing interaction.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including platform management, content scheduling, and audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills for websites, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including tracking KPIs, interpreting data, and using insights to improve campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
