Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Mumbai. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels to strengthen We Talent Hub's brand presence and generate qualified leads. Daily responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating engaging digital and web content, coordinating with internal teams to align marketing messages, and monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools. The role also involves supporting B2B outreach initiatives, maintaining consistent communication with partners, and identifying opportunities to improve online visibility in target international markets. The Digital Marketing Executive will be expected to stay updated with industry trends and recommend data-driven improvements to the overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills for planning and executing digital campaigns.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to create clear, compelling, and relevant digital content.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing for recruitment, HR, or professional services is beneficial.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
