Position: Meta Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Performance Marketing.

We are looking for a professional who combines strategic thinking, campaign execution, analytical ability, creative skills, and performance optimization to drive measurable business results.

• Plan, execute and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns
• Manage lead generation, conversion and remarketing campaigns
• Develop audience targeting strategies, including custom and lookalike audiences
• Monitor and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA and ROAS
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences and campaign structures
• Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies
• Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and actionable insights
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Create and coordinate social media creatives, promotional banners and campaign materials
• Support Google Ads and other digital marketing initiatives

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager
• Proven experience in Lead Generation & Conversion Campaigns
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimization
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, tracking and conversion measurement
• Good knowledge of Canva and other graphic/design-making tools
• Ability to create professional and engaging social media creatives
• Working knowledge of Google Ads will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance
