Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven, creative and AI-savvy Digital Marketing & B2B Growth Specialist to independently build and execute our digital marketing initiatives.

The role focuses on strengthening our digital brand, building market visibility, generating qualified B2B leads and leveraging the latest AI technologies to accelerate marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Brand Building

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for India and UAE markets.
• Strengthen ThoughtMakes and iTraceX visibility across LinkedIn, Google and relevant digital channels.
• Build compelling industrial technology messaging, case studies, product content and thought-leadership campaigns.

AI-Powered Marketing & Content

• Leverage ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI and other AI tools for content creation, research, design and campaign execution.
• Create engaging LinkedIn content, technical blogs, product explainers, videos and marketing collateral.
• Develop AI-assisted marketing workflows to improve content quality, speed and consistency.

SEO, AI Search & Website Growth

• Drive SEO, website optimization and organic traffic growth.
• Improve discoverability across search engines and AI-powered search platforms through SEO, AEO and GEO practices.
• Develop targeted landing pages for MES, Industry 4.0, industrial execution and manufacturing digital transformation.

B2B Lead Generation & Growth

• Plan and execute LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns.
• Implement account-based marketing targeting manufacturing enterprises and industrial decision-makers.
• Generate and nurture qualified B2B leads in India and the UAE.
• Collaborate with leadership and business development teams to support sales pipeline growth.

Marketing Automation & Analytics

• Implement AI-powered marketing automation using tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, lead quality and conversions.
• Build marketing dashboards and provide actionable growth insights.

Required Skills

• 36 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, enterprise software or IT services.
• Strong experience in LinkedIn marketing, SEO, Google Ads, content marketing and lead generation.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools for marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical, creative and campaign execution capabilities.
• Ability to independently manage digital marketing initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in international B2B marketing, especially UAE/GCC markets.
• Exposure to AI search optimization (AEO/GEO), account-based marketing and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with industrial software, MES, ERP, Industry 4.0 or industrial automation.
• Experience with CRM, marketing analytics and AI workflow automation tools.
