That's Gyanoda: an all-in-one digital PYQ platform bringing WBJEE and NEET previous-year questions together in one app. Students can practise questions and watch step-by-step video explanations to understand how each answer is reached.

Our core product is a digital PYQ book with question-by-question video solutions, making exam practice more accessible and easier to understand.

What we're looking for

We need an experienced Kolkata-based agency to communicate this concept clearly, build Gyanoda's brand, manage our social media presence, and turn student interest into paid users and sustainable revenue growth.

Scope of work

• Brand strategy and positioning: Establish Gyanoda as a digital alternative to traditional PYQ books, highlighting the convenience of one app and video explanations for every question.

• SEO and content: Improve visibility for relevant WBJEE and NEET PYQ searches through technical SEO, keyword research, useful content, and landing-page optimisation.

• Social media management: Handle Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, including content planning, graphics, reels, publishing, and community engagement.

• Product-focused creatives: Produce app demonstrations, question-solving clips, and campaigns showing students and parents how Gyanoda works.

• Paid marketing: Plan, run, and optimise Meta and Google campaigns with clearly defined budgets and conversion tracking.

• User acquisition and revenue growth: Improve the journey from discovering Gyanoda to installing the app, exploring PYQs, and becoming a paying user.

• Reporting: Share regular updates on qualified traffic, registrations, paid conversions, acquisition costs, and attributable revenue.

Mandatory requirements

• An agency based in Kolkata with at least 5 years of digital marketing experience.

• A strong portfolio and verifiable campaign results.

• A dedicated team for strategy, content, design, SEO, and advertising.

• Ability to create engaging Bengali and English content for students and parents.

• A dedicated point of contact and regular review meetings.

• Experience with EdTech, educational apps, or digital subscriptions preferred.

Budget and incentives

We're an early-stage startup with a limited marketing budget. We're looking for competitive pricing, a practical scope of work, and clear monthly deliverables.

An attractive ESOP/equity-linked incentive arrangement is open for discussion with a suitable long-term agency partner, subject to an agreed structure, eligibility, milestones, and final terms.
