DH Auditor

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for the position of DH Auditor. The candidate will be responsible for conducting inventory audits, identifying stock discrepancies, investigating inventory losses, and ensuring compliance with operational SOPs across Mother Hubs, Dark Stores, and Last-Mile Delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations.
• Identify and investigate inventory shrinkage, theft, damage, expiry, and pilferage.
• Audit inward and outward inventory processes.
• Monitor stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Conduct audits of dairy and perishable inventory.
• Visit Dark Stores and Mother Hubs to verify inventory records and operational processes.
• Identify root causes of inventory losses and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation is preferred.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Candidates should be comfortable visiting Mother Hubs and Dark Stores.
