DGM - Enterprise Applications, Analytics & Digital Platforms

Purpose of the Role

Responsible for the strategy, implementation, support, security, and continuous improvement of non-SAP applications, ensuring business continuity, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and digital innovation across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

Application Operations & Technology Management

• Manage the availability, performance, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications including Salesforce, Mobility Solutions, .NET, React, Java-based applications, Analytics platforms, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Tableau, and Redshift environments.
• Ensure seamless integration, scalability, and compatibility of applications with enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Drive application lifecycle management, upgrades, patches, performance optimization, and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud teams to ensure stable and resilient application operations.

Information Security, Risk & Compliance

• Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards for applications and data platforms.
• Conduct periodic audits, vulnerability assessments, access reviews, and compliance checks.
• Maintain audit documentation and support internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Promote security awareness and adherence to information security policies.

Business Partnership & Service Delivery

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver technology-enabled solutions.
• Provide application support, issue resolution, and user adoption guidance.
• Drive collaboration between business teams, analytics teams, and technology partners to maximize value realization.

Vendor & Commercial Management

• Evaluate and onboard technology vendors and implementation partners.
• Define scope of work, manage contracts, monitor deliverables, and approve invoices.
• Ensure effective vendor governance, service quality, and cost management.

Project & Portfolio Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of non-SAP application projects and enhancements within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Implement project governance, monitor risks and dependencies, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Drive resource optimization and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies

• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, digital platforms, AI/automation solutions, and industry trends.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technology assessments, and business case evaluations.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs), prototypes, and innovation initiatives to improve business processes and user experience.
• Recommend modernization and enhancement opportunities across enterprise applications and analytics platforms.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and provide coaching and development support.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and innovation.
