DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer
Responsibilities
1. Plan, deploy, operate, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, including VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, and other core services.
2. Handle the daily operations and troubleshooting of production service clusters.
3. Build and maintain observability capabilities, including monitoring, alerting, and logging; participate in production releases, capacity planning, and cloud cost management.
4. Ensure the security of services and workloads running on the cloud platform.
5. Collaborate with engineering and security teams to continuously improve delivery efficiency and platform reliability.
6. Create and maintain operations documentation, standard operating procedures, and emergency response plans; continuously advance operations automation and standardization.
Requirements
1. 2-3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or public cloud operations.
2. Proficiency in common Linux administration tasks, with foundational troubleshooting skills in processes, disks, permissions, logs, and system performance.
3. Hands-on experience with AWS core services such as EC2, IAM, VPC, load balancing, and CloudWatch, including production environment setup and incident resolution.
4. Basic proficiency in at least one language such as Shell or Python.
5. Strong sense of ownership, communication, and collaboration; highly self-motivated and capable of proactively driving issues to resolution.
