About the Role

We are recruiting IT Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale workplace technology rollout involving the installation of approximately 4,000 monitors and monitor arms.

The role is primarily a hands-on hardware deployment position and requires technicians who are comfortable working with desktop equipment, monitor mounting systems and basic IT connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure monitors and desktop display equipment.
• Install monitor arms and VESA mounts securely and correctly.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of displays, USB-C connections, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Use hand tools safely and effectively for installation tasks.
• Perform proper cable routing and cable management.
• Ensure all equipment is installed according to deployment standards.
• Complete installations within assigned deployment targets and timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide completion reports.
• Identify and report any hardware or connectivity issues encountered during deployment.
• Perform repetitive installation tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with monitors, desktop hardware, or similar IT equipment.
• Knowledge of monitor-arm and VESA installation.
• Basic understanding of display connectivity, USB-C, and docking stations.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Good cable management and installation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deployment targets.
• Physically capable of performing repetitive installation work.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Professional and reliable approach to client-site work.
