Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design visually compelling materials to support business development efforts, including sales presentations, pitch decks, proposals, brochures, case studies, and onepagers
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Leadership teams to understand objectives and align designs with business goals
• Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across assets
• Conceptualize and execute visual themes for campaigns, client engagements, and internal initiatives
• Translate complex technical or business content into clear, engaging visual formats
• Support digital design needs such as social media creatives, website graphics, and email campaigns related to growth initiatives
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines and quality standards
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and continuously refine designs for effectiveness and clarity
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to B2B and enterprise environments

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree with diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication related field
• 3–8 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting sales, marketing, or business development teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in corporate presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Working knowledge of branding, typography, layout principles, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders
• Experience working in fastpaced, deadlinedriven environments
