DESIGNER / SENIOR DESIGNER BIM

Job Description

We are looking for experienced BIM Designers / Senior BIM Designers with strong hands-on experience in Dry Utility Infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining BIM models and infrastructure designs while working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM models for Dry Utility Infrastructure projects.
• Prepare, modify, and update engineering designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
• Work on utility networks and related infrastructure systems.
• Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Prepare drawings, design documentation, and project deliverables.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and requirements.
• Support project teams throughout the design and coordination process.

Mandatory Requirement

Hands-on experience in Dry Utility Infrastructure projects is mandatory.

Candidates should have practical experience working on relevant infrastructure/utility projects and be comfortable with BIM modelling and multidisciplinary coordination.

Education

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience

4–10 years of relevant experience in BIM design, infrastructure design, utility projects, or related engineering projects.
