Position Overview:

We are looking for a hyper-resourceful Design Lead with insane attention to detail to act as the primary creative anchor. As the lead design voice in a team of finance and technology professionals, you will craft beautiful, high-craft visual experiences across brand identity, product marketing, investor collateral, pitch decks, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Ownership: Act as the go-to creative person among nerds - defining and elevating the visual brand identity across all touchpoints.

- Brand & Marketing Collateral: Design premium pitch decks, investor reports, website interfaces, social assets, ad creatives, and print materials for an ultra-discerning HNI and institutional audience.

- Product & UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with founders, product managers, and engineering leads to design intuitive web and app user experiences.

- Brand Governance: Establish and enforce design systems, typography guidelines, and visual standards to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

- Resourceful Execution: Work independently and efficiently to move from concept wireframes to polished production assets rapidly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in visual design, brand design, or creative direction at a design-first consumer brand, top design studio, or modern tech startup.

- A standout portfolio demonstrating high craft, strong typography, layout mastery, and premium aesthetic sensibility.

- Mastery of modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop).

- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving mindset, and founder-level resourcefulness.

- Strong references from past founders, design directors, or creative leaders.
