About this role
Role & responsibilities
Design, Development and integration of Closure mechanisms and sytsems - Door module, Latches & Handles, HInges and Drives, Fuel Flap Systems, Hood Systems & Camera Actuators.
- Concept proposal, Packaging study, Interference check (Exposure to Fuel flap system or Door module would be preferred)
• Prototype development
• Kinematic studies and calculations
• VA/VE initiatives
• Ensure quality and timelines of every deliverable in the projects.
• Discussion with cross-functional teams (CFT) for incorporating feedback eg, Simulation, Manufacturing, Vehicle integration,
• Change Management
• Supplier management for product development
• Good knowledge of the CAD (NX preferred) and PDM system
