Deputy Vice President

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Deputy Vice President – Sales to lead large-scale sales operations, drive business growth, and manage senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale B2C / Telesales operations and drive revenue growth.
• Own business targets, sales strategy, productivity, and overall performance.
• Lead and mentor Managers, Senior Managers, and leadership teams.
• Drive initiatives to improve Conversion, Productivity, Revenue, Attrition & Shrinkage.
• Develop and execute strategies for business growth and operational excellence.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with HR, Training, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Track and present MIS, forecasts, and business performance to senior leadership.

Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales.
• Strong experience managing large sales teams / operations.
• Proven experience in team leadership and business management.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, conversion, productivity, and revenue management.
• Hands-on experience managing Attrition & Shrinkage.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Graduation is mandatory.
