- Responsible for Social/ Statutory compliance.
- To comply with the unit as per the buyer's code of conduct.
- SLCP Gateway, FSLM module assessment review/follow-up for validation.
- Audit reports and MIS. (Weekly/Monthly)
- Manpower planning & budgeting
- Liaising with Government Bodies (for licensing & renewal of NOC, Certification & inspection.
- Liaising with Pollution Control Board for licensing & renewal of NOC, Certification & inspection.
- Recruitment Monitoring & control
- Policy framing & implementation
- Monitoring & Controlling Administration.
- Coordination & monitoring of admin project work
- Counseling of the workmen, motivation & team building
- IR & Grievance handling.
- Disciplinary Action & Counseling.
- Coordination of performance review & appraisal.
- Contractor Compliance & Monthly Audit & MIS.
