Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives across multiple channels and markets. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, digital marketing acumen, strategic thinking, and strong experience in the Labware Industry to support our aggressive growth targets in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

– Design and execute multi-channel campaign strategy across digital media platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation and engagement.

– Develop and manage content calendars aligned with product launches, events, campaigns and team priorities

– Track performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI

2. Website & CRM

– Maintain website hygiene and regular content updating

– Coordinate with agency to oversee SEO/ AI Search Optimization

– Ensure website acts as a high-conversion lead generation engine

– Manage and optimize custom CRM system to ensure effective lead tracking, segmentation, and nurturing

– Drive CRM adoption across sales teams through structured processes and reporting

– Generate actionable insights from CRM data to support sales and marketing decisions

3. Vendor & Agency Management

– Act as the primary point of contact for marketing agencies, digital partners, and vendors

– Ensure timely execution of deliverables with high quality standards

4.Events/Exhibitions/Roadshows

– Lead end-to-end planning and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, and roadshows (domestic & international)

– Own brand representation, booth design, and on-ground marketing activities

– Ensure strong lead capture and post-event follow-up mechanisms

5. Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

– Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement

– Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly

6. Content, Webinars & Product Marketing Coordination

– Collaborate closely with product and design teams to develop high-quality content including blogs, webinars, case studies, and brochures

– Translate technical product features into compelling marketing narratives

– Develop other required sales enablement material as per requirement.

7. Market Research & Insights

– Conduct ongoing market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

– Identify new market opportunities and growth segments

Qualification

– Master's degree / MBA

– 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, life sciences, or plastic labware industry

– Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics tools

– Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams

– Excellent communication, project management, and execution capabilities

– Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

• Experience with Gen AI tools, WordPress, and C-Panel
