Job Title: Deputy Manager Inspection
Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

Looking for a candidate with 1 -6 years of experience in internal audit, inspection, or compliance, with knowledge of capital markets, regulatory requirements, and audit reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite and offsite inspections of trading members and stockbrokers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review member submissions, documents, and audit reports, and prepare inspection reports.
• Analyse data and prepare reports for regulators and internal departments.
• Ensure timely completion of inspections and compliance activities as per defined SLAs.
• Coordinate and conduct training and investor awareness programs.
• Identify compliance gaps and escalate issues to the relevant management team.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualified CA/MBA/M.com with 1-6 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of financial markets, capital markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership.
