Key Responsibilities:

- Narrative and Earned Media Strategy: Develop and drive River's corporate communications and earned media strategy, building complementary messaging pillars across business, product, mobility, and culture.

- Media Ecosystem and Storytelling: Lead proactive relationships across media and opinion leaders, shaping differentiated industry narratives and capitalizing on emerging cultural moments.

- Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Manage domain PR teams and external agencies while partnering closely with Founders and Marketing leadership to align communications with strategic priorities.

- Measurement and Reputation Management: Establish and track clear measures for quality of coverage, share of voice, narrative association, sentiment, reputation impact and proactively manage brand risks and opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

- 13 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, earned media or integrated communications, preferably across automotive, mobility, technology or consumer brands.

- Strong understanding of the Indian earned media ecosystem and established relationships across relevant media categories.

- Proven ability to build narratives and generate meaningful conversations beyond press releases and product announcements.

- Experience managing both corporate and consumer-facing communication agendas.

- Experience leading teams, agencies and senior stakeholders.

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

- Strong commercial and business understanding with the ability to connect communication to brand equity and business priorities.
