Roles And Responsibilities
- Ideate, Develop and execute category management Strategy, build plans to meet business objectives and financial targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, cdm, bizfin, storefront and product development, to align category strategies with overall business goals.
- Manage & Lead vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee product assortment decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track category performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Lead and mentor a team of category management professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and best practices in category management to drive continuous improvement.
