Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager

We're Hiring: Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager and Safety Manager (E & M)

Assist the Compliance Monitoring program in driving aviation safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across our Engineering & Maintenance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Compliance Monitoring Program in covering CAMO, contracted & subcontracted maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with DGCA, CAR M, IOSA, SMS and Company requirements.
• Manage audits, inspections, investigations, root-cause analysis & CAPA.
• Oversee the Airworthiness Review process and maintain regulatory approvals.
• Evaluate and monitor maintenance organizations and service providers.
• Drive SMS implementation and safety culture across Engineering & Maintenance.
• Liaise with DGCA, regulatory authorities and senior management on compliance matters.
• Review relevant procedures and Aircraft Maintenance Program amendments.
• Lead quality improvement, KPIs, departmental performance and budget control.
• Empower teams through competence, training, accountability and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Engineering Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Avionics and/or Type-Rated AME.
• IATA/Auditor certification or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of aviation experience, including 2+ years in a Managerial/Senior Managerial role.
• Strong experience in aircraft engineering & maintenance, airworthiness/compliance management, and/or audits.
