Role Description

The Clinical Support Specialist is a Full-Time, On-Site Field Based Role in Hyderabad. This role involves Daily visit providing clinical guidance to patients and orthodontists regarding aligner treatments, including treatment progress, product usage, and basic care instructions. The Specialist will handle patient inquiries, explain clinical information in clear terms, and support orthodontists with documentation and coordination of treatment plans. Field Based Job Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical records, assisting in case evaluation workflows, and ensuring that patient concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. The role also includes delivering training and education sessions to internal teams and external partners on aligner protocols, product features, and best practices in patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical support and medicine-related knowledge relevant to orthodontic or dental care.
• Effective communication skills for explaining clinical information to patients and professionals.
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
• 1-3 Yrs Experience in training or educating patients, clinical staff, or internal teams.
• Relevant degree or diploma in dentistry, dental hygiene .
• Ability to work collaboratively with orthodontists and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and meeting operational timelines.

Compensation

Salary : 4-6 LPA +Allowances + Incentives
