Hiring | Demand Generation Manager | B2B SaaS | WFH

SMARTe Inc. is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to drive US B2B pipeline generation and lead our SDR & Email Campaign teams.

What you'll do:

• Drive hands-on US B2B prospecting, lead generation & appointment setting

• Manage, coach & scale SDR/BDR teams

• Oversee personalized email campaigns & outreach

• Work on ABM, pipeline generation & lead qualification

• Use AI & automation to improve prospecting, personalization & workflows

We're looking for:

7+ years in B2B SaaS / Demand Gen / Inside Sales / SDR Leadership, strong US outbound experience, email campaign knowledge, team management, and an AI-first mindset.
