Demand Generation Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Demand Generation Associate to help us build conversations and create opportunities across the US & Canadian AEC market.

This is an outbound-first role for someone who enjoys prospecting, cold calling, and getting in front of the right decision-makers.

What You'll Do

· Research and identify high-potential prospects across the AEC industry.

· Build targeted prospect lists and execute multi-channel outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn.

· Make confident, consultative cold calls to decision-makers.

· Qualify prospects and uncover potential project, capacity, and outsourcing needs.

· Convert conversations into qualified sales meetings.

· Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence and keep prospect data up to date.

· Work closely with the sales team to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies.

What We're Looking For

· 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, business development, or demand generation.

· Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.

· Excellent spoken and written English.

· Confidence communicating with business owners and senior decision-makers in North America.

· Curious, persistent, commercially minded, and comfortable working with targets.

· Strong research skills and the ability to identify the right prospects, not just more prospects.

AEC Experience Even Better.

Experience selling or prospecting for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, BIM, CAD, MEP, Structural Engineering, or technical/outsourcing services is a strong advantage.
