Delivery Manager

About the Role:

As an Agile Lead / IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technology projects and Agile delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of initiatives from inception through deployment. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and third-party vendors to deliver business value while maintaining governance, compliance, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups.
• Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource coordination.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of technology and infrastructure initiatives.
• Partner with Product Owners and Technology Teams to manage and prioritize backlogs.
• Monitor project progress and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and organizational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
• Utilize JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Clarity to support delivery activities.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Agile Project Management
• Proven Scrum Master experience
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices
• Hands-on experience facilitating PI Planning and Sprint Planning
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and CA Clarity
• Business requirements gathering and analysis experience
• Risk, issue, and dependency management expertise
• Experience delivering Technology Infrastructure and Transformation Projects
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications :

• SAFe Agile experience or certification
• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, Prince2 Agile, or equivalent certifications
• Experience working in global organizations
• Financial management and budget tracking exposure
• Experience driving Agile transformation initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience
• Strong background as an Agile Lead and/or Scrum Master
• Experience managing global and cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology programs
• Passion for continuous improvement and Agile best practices
