Delivery Manager - Technical Writing Services

Aleido India is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of technical documentation services. The role will serve as the key interface between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams, ensuring clear communication, effective coordination, timely reporting, and consistent delivery against agreed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication, understand requirements and priorities, and build strong working relationships.
• Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to track deliverables, manage dependencies, address bottlenecks, and ensure timely execution.
• Reporting & Governance: Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, delivery metrics, risks, and action items to client stakeholders.
• Issue & Escalation Management: Identify delivery risks proactively, coordinate resolution, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure client requirements and changes are clearly communicated to the delivery team and followed through to completion.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, reporting, communication, and service quality.
• Transition Support: Support knowledge transfer and transition of documentation services from Europe to India, adapting plans as required.

What Are We Looking for in a Delivery Manager

A proactive, organised professional who can confidently manage client interactions, maintain delivery visibility, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure reliable execution in a global service delivery environment.

• 6–10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 3 years in delivery management, project coordination, or client-facing service delivery.
• Proven experience in technical documentation.
• Strong client management, reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, track commitments, and resolve issues proactively.
• Experience working with global clients or distributed teams is an advantage.
