Delivery Manager - C++ Low-Latency Systems

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of new product features driven by user and business requirements.
• Drive delivery across the engineering lifecycle, including technical planning, implementation, dependency management, and execution tracking.
• Review C++ code for correctness, maintainability, scalability, and low-latency performance.
• Investigate complex software issues and provide L3 support through code analysis, debugging, and experimental validation.
• Maintain technical documentation and communicate design decisions, implementation logic, and delivery status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 12 years of software engineering and delivery experience, including substantial hands-on C++ development.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern C++ development, including C++11 or later and the Standard Template Library.
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, memory management, concurrency, synchronization, and I/O for performance-sensitive systems.
• Practical experience developing and troubleshooting software in Linux or UNIX environments.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or application development.
• Understanding of financial systems, financial markets, or financial services domain requirements, with the ability to deliver low-latency and high-throughput solutions.

Good to Have:

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or related productivity tools.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; any graduation discipline may be considered based on relevant experience.
