- Good knowledge about AI in SDLC, AI assisted deliveryHands-on experience in facilitating large project teams / accounts or as part of delivery worked as a scrum master/project manager/lead
- Hands-on experience in driving Improvements·
- Hands-on experience in Quality Metrics analysis, reporting and high maturity·
- Experience in training project teams on Quality Management System·
- Good oral and written communication skills, customer facing experience
