JOB OVERVIEW

As a DU Leader, you will serve as the single point of accountability for delivery success across a portfolio of client accounts managed from Hyderabad. Unlike a service-line-aligned role, this position spans the full breadth of Jade Global's service portfolio — including Business Applications (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Salesforce, Workday, Analytics, Integration, Infrastructure, and AI & Digital Engineering. You will own delivery execution, customer satisfaction, governance, team leadership, and commercial performance across all services within your assigned accounts.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Engagement & Satisfaction

• Serve as the primary delivery contact for assigned accounts; build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
• Manage customer cadence including weekly status reviews (WSRs), monthly delivery reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
• Own OSAT/CSAT metrics and proactively manage feedback and improvement actions across the portfolio

Delivery Management

• Oversee end-to-end delivery across all Jade service lines within assigned accounts — projects, managed services, and enhancement requests
• Ensure delivery is in alignment with contracted scope, SLAs, and KPIs across a multi-service environment
• Manage RAID logs, resource planning, and issue escalations to ensure seamless delivery execution

People Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the offshore delivery team in Hyderabad across all service lines within the DU
• Own hiring, performance management, and career development — driving retention and engagement below industry attrition benchmarks
• Manage team capacity, bench pipeline, and utilization to meet portfolio delivery demands

Governance, Reporting & Commercial Performance

• Drive delivery governance through structured reporting, dashboards, and executive updates
• Monitor and own performance metrics, financial health (margins, revenue realization), and resource utilization
• Ensure delivery leader overhead is priced and recovered within engagement and managed services models

Growth & Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Solution Leads, Practice Heads, and onsite-offshore delivery teams
• Identify and develop opportunities for account growth, contract renewals, cross-sell, and transformation initiatives
• Champion AI tool adoption across the DU; track and report AI revenue contribution within managed accounts

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in IT services delivery, including 5+ years in a senior delivery leadership or client-facing delivery management role
• Breadth of exposure across two or more Jade service areas (e.g. Business Applications, Analytics, Integration, Infrastructure, Salesforce, Workday)
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder client portfolios with distributed onsite-offshore teams
• Strong commercial acumen — ability to own P&L, manage margins, and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence
• Experience with delivery governance tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent
• Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or equivalent preferred

Nice to Have

• Domain experience in Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Finance industries
• Experience with Agile/DevOps models and AI-led delivery acceleration
