Role Description Delivery Agents at FastBeetle handle the pick-up and drop-off of packages for businesses and individuals, ensuring timely and secure delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning delivery routes, collecting consignments from designated locations, verifying shipment details, and obtaining necessary delivery confirmations. Delivery Agents communicate with customers and dispatch staff to resolve issues, follow safety and traffic rules, and maintain delivery records as required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar, requiring consistent presence in the field and at local hubs.

• Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with senders, recipients, and team members.
• Candidates should possess reliable navigation and route-planning abilities, including familiarity with local areas and basic use of maps or delivery apps.
• Candidates should possess basic time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries and meet deadlines.
• Candidates should possess a valid driving license appropriate for the delivery vehicle used and a safe driving record.
• Candidates should possess the physical ability to handle packages of varying sizes and weights, following safe lifting practices.
• Relevant experience in courier, logistics, or delivery roles is beneficial but not strictly required.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, reliability, and a focus on punctuality and attention to detail are expected.
