Databricks Partner Champion Executive

We are looking for an experienced Databricks Partner Champion to lead and expand the organization's Databricks capabilities. The candidate will drive technical strategy, customer engagements, data and AI initiatives, and Centre of Excellence (CoE) development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Databricks technical strategy and architecture.
• Drive the Databricks Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Support enterprise customer engagements and strategic projects.
• Mentor and develop technical teams.
• Build relationships with Databricks partner and account teams.
• Contribute to Databricks community initiatives, blogs, and technical events.
• Drive innovation through reusable frameworks and accelerators.

Requirements:

• Must hold active Databricks Partner Champion status.
• Must have successfully cleared the Databricks Partner Champion panel process.
• Proven experience in Databricks customer implementations.
• Experience in Databricks CoE development and community initiatives.
• Strong relationships within the Databricks ecosystem.
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and team development.
• Strong expertise in Databricks Lakehouse Architecture, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
• Experience in data engineering, data architecture, analytics engineering, and cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of machine learning, generative AI, and data platform modernization.
