Data Technical Lead

We're Hiring: Senior Technical Lead / Solution Delivery Lead (Data & Analytics)

Are you a hands-on Data & Analytics leader who thrives on designing scalable enterprise solutions and driving technical excellence We're looking for an experienced professional to lead the delivery of modern analytics platforms in a Microsoft-first ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions
• Drive solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and troubleshooting
• Build and optimize solutions using Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and Python
• Establish engineering standards, governance, security, and operational best practices
• Partner with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes

What We're Looking For

10+ years in Data Engineering / Analytics

5+ years in Technical Leadership roles

Strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Data Lakes, SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT

Hands-on experience with Power BI, semantic modeling, DAX, and enterprise reporting solutions

Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, governance, security, and production support

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Certifications (Azure, Fabric, Power BI)
• Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare or Life Sciences
• Exposure to Azure AI and analytics modernization initiatives
