About the Role

As a Data Solutions Analyst in the Data & Analytics function, based in Mumbai/Thane , you will be responsible for implementing modern data marts and data solutions tailored to business requirements. Operating under the umbrella of data management practices, your role will focus on solving real-world business problems through innovative data solutions. A strong understanding of source systems, databases, and building data pipelines for Data Lake and cloud environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of data management practices, data quality, data development frameworks, and modern tech stacks.
• Participate in the design, optimization, and framework development of data marts to enhance data processes, standards, and rules.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines and monitoring mechanisms to ensure data reliability and performance.
• Analyze data issues and collaborate with business stakeholders to design effective resolutions.
• Build data mart solutions and contribute to data knowledge within the Data & Analytics office.
• Apply knowledge of next-gen technologies (e.g., B33) to enhance data solutioning capabilities.
  
  

Secondary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data solutions with business needs.
• Support change management and automation initiatives related to data marts.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of data management frameworks across business lines, particularly in Retail Banking and Cards domains.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Graduation: B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) or B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) or BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
• Post-Graduation: M.Sc (Master of Science) or M.Tech (Master of Technology) or MCA (Master of Computer Applications) or MA
  
  

Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience in a Data Management Office, preferably within the Banking domain.
  
  

Skills and Attributes

• Strong expertise in data management, ETL design, and data pipeline development.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and Data Lake architectures.
• Experience in data mart design, optimization, and automation.
• Ability to analyze and resolve data-related issues effectively.
• Knowledge of modern tech stacks and tools relevant to data engineering and analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to deliver data solutions that drive business outcomes.
