Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to identify and understand data science requirements.
• Research and propose innovative statistical and ML models to solve business problems.
• Formulate problems around key business metrics and measure the impact of ML solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and derive actionable insights.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain ML/Deep Learning models in production.
• Work closely with engineering to strategize and execute data science projects.
• Communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to short- and long-term data science roadmaps and demonstrate organizational impact.
• Stay updated with technical advancements and industry developments in data science and ML.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with a bachelor's/master's degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data science requirements and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Spark, Flask, and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and ML model deployment.
• Strong foundation in data analysis, mathematics, probability, and statistical analysis.
• Experience in predictive modelling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and manage multiple concurrent projects.
