Role Description The Data Science AI Trainer (part-time) will work on-site in the Pune Division, collaborating closely with marketing strategists and digital specialists to improve AI-driven analysis and decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering training sessions on foundational science concepts, particularly Physics and Mathematics, tailored to data science and AI applications. The role involves preparing structured lesson plans, creating educational materials, and guiding team members to better understand analytical thinking, quantitative reasoning, and scientific methodology for use in AI models and campaign optimization. The AI Trainer will also evaluate learning outcomes, refine training content based on feedback and performance data, and support a culture of curiosity and evidence-based problem solving.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Science Education with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accessibly.
• Solid understanding of Physics and its application to analytical thinking and modeling.
• Proficiency in Mathematics, including statistics and basic probability relevant to data science and AI.
• Experience as a Qualified Teacher or trainer, with skills in Lesson Planning and curriculum design.
• Ability to connect scientific and mathematical concepts to real-world business and marketing scenarios.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative and inclusive teaching style.
• Experience working with or around data, analytics, or AI tools is an advantage.
• Relevant degree in Science, Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
