About this role
Role: ETL Data Integration Engineer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 12 months+
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Onsite in Bangalore, India or Pune, India,
We are seeking a hands-on ETL Data Integration Engineer with 3+ years of experience in ETL development, data integration, and Salesforce data migration. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce APIs, Bulk API, Data Loader, NetSuite, SQL, and ETL/integration tools. This role supports enterprise migration initiatives involving Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced and Oracle platforms, with responsibility for data transformation, validation, reconciliation, testing, and cutover support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows.
- Extract data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and legacy systems.
- Transform and load data into Salesforce RCA and Oracle platforms.
- Develop integrations using APIs, Salesforce Bulk API, and integration tools.
- Create data mappings and technical specifications.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Support mock migrations, migration testing, and production cutovers.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
Must-Haves
- 3+ years in ETL development, data integration, or data engineering.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce data migration experience.
- Salesforce APIs, Bulk API, and Data Loader.
- Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
- Experience extracting or integrating data from NetSuite.
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills.
- At least one ETL/integration tool: MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, or similar.
- Understanding of CRM, ERP, and quote-to-cash processes.
Nice-to-Haves
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
- Salesforce CPQ migration experience.
- NetSuite SuiteQL, SuiteTalk, or SuiteBilling.
