Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Bengaluru. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze transportation-related data to generate meaningful insights for internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, supporting editorial and business teams with data-backed recommendations, and identifying patterns and trends that inform strategic decisions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to define data requirements, validate findings, and present clear visualizations and summaries. The Data Analyst will also help improve data processes, ensure data quality, and contribute to research initiatives that align with the organization's mission.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling to design robust analyses and predictive models.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or visualization platform (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with business or transportation-related datasets and the ability to collaborate in an on-site, team-oriented environment are advantageous.
