Data Analyst - OFSAA EPM / ERM QA

We are looking for interns to learn about QA Testing and Data Analysis in a bank implementing OFSAA EPM, ERM, and the Reconciliation Framework. You will work with our senior consultants to test and compare OFSAA report data with legacy report data, record the differences, and facilitate trace points for difference origination and root cause/s. Candidates will upskill on OFSAA testing, data analysis, and validation on a live banking program.

Responsibilities:

• Test OFSAA applications, learn and upskill in data analysis, compare OFSAA and legacy reports, and log (document) the differences.
• Run SQL queries to check data in OFSAA staging and result tables, under guidance.
• Prepare test cases, validation checklists, and difference registers.
• Review documents such as FSD/SDD and UAT evidence to understand the expected logic.
• Support the team with evidence collection and report preparation.

Requirements:

• B. E. /B. Tech, MCA, M. Sc, MBA (Finance), or a similar degree; final-year students or recent graduates.
• Working knowledge of SQL (Oracle preferred).
• Passion to excel in the banking, risk, treasury, or regulatory reporting domain.
• Basic understanding of testing concepts (test cases, defects, test life cycle).
• Careful, analytical, and good at documenting what you find.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to OFSAA, Basel, IFRS 9 (ECL/EIR), ALM, liquidity, or FTP concepts through coursework or projects.
• Familiarity with Excel for data comparison: Pivot, VLOOKUP.
