    - Develop management information system (MIS) reports, dashboards, analytical summaries and periodic progress reports for management review.

    - Track milestones, delays and pending actions; identify bottlenecks, emerging risks and issues that may affect completion of land acquisition.

    - Prepare exception reports highlighting overdue actions, stalled cases, incomplete documentation and other matters requiring management attention.

    - Use spreadsheet, database and visualization tools to organize data and present trends in a clear, decision-oriented manner.

    - Maintain version control, data dictionaries, reporting definitions and documentation of key assumptions to promote consistent reporting.

    - Undertake additional data analysis and reporting assignments for UPAVP locations or projects as required.

    Essential Qualifications and Experience:

    - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or another quantitative discipline from a recognized institution; a relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable.

    - 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in data analysis, MIS, project monitoring, reporting, database management or analytics.

    - Experience compiling and analysing multi-source data and preparing management reports or dashboards.

    - Demonstrated ability to manage datasets with multiple projects, locations, milestones and status fields.

    Technical and Professional Competencies:

    - Advanced spreadsheet skills, including data cleaning, lookups, pivot tables, validation and structured reporting.

    - Working knowledge of a dashboard/visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable.

    - Ability to structure datasets, define indicators, analyse trends and create exception-based reports.

    - Strong data validation, reconciliation, documentation and problem-solving skills.

    - Clear communication and ability to translate data into concise management insights.

    Preferred:

    - Experience in land acquisition, infrastructure, real estate, public-sector projects or government MIS is desirable.

    - Experience with Power Query, SQL or other data-management tools is an advantage.

    Expected Outputs / Deliverables:

    - Centralized land acquisition database with location-wise and project-wise records.

    - Regular MIS dashboards and progress summaries.

    - Exception reports on data gaps, delayed milestones, pending approvals, compensation and possession matters.

    - Documented data-quality checks and updated issue/action trackers.

    - Periodic analytical notes highlighting trends, bottlenecks and risks.

    General Requirements:

    - Ability to prepare clear, accurate and decision-oriented reports, presentations and working documents.

    - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with government officials and multiple stakeholders.

    - Professional integrity, attention to detail, confidentiality and adherence to applicable UPAVP procedures.

    - Willingness to undertake related assignments and support additional locations or tasks as required during the engagement.
