Role Description The Customer Support Intern (3 months) will work full time on-site in Bengaluru, providing responsive and empathetic support to learners, parents, and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling incoming queries across channels (email, chat, phone), resolving basic technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience with Bhanzu's learning platforms. The intern will document cases, escalate complex concerns to relevant teams, and follow up to drive customer satisfaction. This role also involves collecting feedback, identifying recurring issues, and sharing insights to help improve processes and products. The intern will collaborate closely with operations, product, and academic teams to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced education technology environment.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Support and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to provide basic Technical Support for platform-related issues and guide users through simple troubleshooting steps.
• Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, recognize patterns in queries, and suggest improvements.
• Clear spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with the ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Interest in education technology or math learning; prior internship or part-time experience in customer service is a plus.
• Current student or recent graduate in any discipline with a willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic startup environment.
