Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹19,000 per month (₹1.8 LPA - ₹2.28 LPA)

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to provide excellent support and assistance to customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and assist them in using products or services effectively.
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Analyze and report product or service malfunctions by testing different scenarios and gathering relevant information.
• Update internal databases with details of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Share customer feedback, feature requests, and effective solutions with internal teams.
• Inform customers about new features, updates, and functionalities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.
• Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email and chat platforms.
