About the Role
iBullCapital is looking for a motivated Telesales / Customer Support Executive to join our remote team. The role involves communicating with prospective and existing clients, generating leads, following up with customers, and providing professional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and generate new leads.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist clients with onboarding and general account-related queries.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer-service targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in at least one regional language such as Gujarati, Marathi, or another Indian regional language.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Previous telesales or customer support experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.
