Role Description The Customer Support Executive internship is an on-site role based in Mayur Vihar. The intern will handle customer inquiries across phone, messaging apps, and email, providing clear information about services, pricing, and process timelines. Day-to-day tasks include managing bookings and follow-ups, coordinating with technicians and logistics for pick-up and drop-off, and updating customers on the status of their orders. The role also involves maintaining detailed customer records, resolving basic service issues, and escalating technical or complex concerns when needed. Interns are expected to support a positive customer experience, ensure timely responses, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support to manage queries across digital channels effectively.
• Candidates should possess basic Technical Support skills to understand service processes and communicate solutions clearly to customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi) and the ability to explain services and procedures in simple terms.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with spreadsheets or CRM tools to track orders and interactions.
• Ability to work on-site in Mayur Vihar, collaborate with operations and technician teams, and manage time efficiently.
• Prior customer-facing or support experience (internships, part-time roles, or academic projects) is beneficial but not mandatory.
