Location: Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam (Work from Office)

Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (EST hours)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday week off)

Desi Fresh Groceries delivers authentic Indian groceries to customers in the US. We're growing our support team to give every customer a fast, friendly, and reliable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone
• Manage and resolve support tickets within SLA
• Share product availability and product update information with customers
• Provide accurate order and delivery status updates
• Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to resolve issues
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions
• Be flexible to support weekend needs when required

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working night shifts (EST hours)
• Basic computer skills and comfort with ticketing tools
• Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates are both welcome

Added Advantage

• Speaking Tamil
• Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce
